NEW YORK CITY-Hunter College's graduate art school program is relocating from an industrial building to a Hudson Street building. The school, a section of the City University of New York, will occupy 95,000 square feet of space at 205 Hudson St.

CUNY has leased the space from Trinity Real Estate for 15 years. The school will relocate into the new space by the beginning of next year. CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the tenant, while the landlord had in-house representation. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
