DALLAS-Wood Partners will break ground on two multifamily properties in Southwest Dallas.

DALLAS-Wood Partners will break ground on two multifamily properties in Southwest Dallas. The company will construct two three-story buildings at 1836 West Davis.

The 207-unit apartment project will come up on a five-acre land in the North Oak Cliff neighborhood. The development, which will be called Alta West Davis, is planned for LEED Silver.
