HIALEAH, FL-Sugar producer Banah International has signed a lease for over 300,000 square feet of space at 215 SE 10th Ave. in Hialeah. The company has leased the Hialeah facility, owned by Terreno Realty Corp., for 11 years.
This is one of the biggest lease deals signed in 2011. Ernesto Casal of The Casal Group represented the tenant, and Jose Juncadella of Fairchild Partners represented the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
