HOUSTON-Francesca's Holdings Corp. has leased 218,000 square feet in Houston to accommodate its corporate headquarters as well as distribution facility. The retailer, which currently leases 100,000 square feet at 3840 W. 12th St., will consolidate its operations in the new location.
Francesca's Holdings has not revealed the address of its new location. The company's lease will expire in 2020 and it has an option to lengthen the lease up to 10 years. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
