NEW YORK CITY-Chesterfield, Missouri-based Kellwood Co., a subsidiary of Sun Capital Partners Inc., has signed a lease renewal deal for 23,700 square feet of office space at 1407 Broadway. The 42-story, 1.1 million-square-foot building is owned by 1407 Broadway Real Estate LLC.
The asking price for the leased space was $45 per square foot. Cassidy Turley's Stephen Bellwood and Nicola Heryet represented the tenant, while Bob Forman represented the landlord in-house in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
