NEW YORK CITY-Liz Claiborne, a New York-based apparel giant, has signed a lease renewal deal with Monday Properties for 67,000 square feet of space at 1440 Broadway. The company will take the entire third- and fourth-floor space for its Lucky Jeans and Juicy Couture divisions.
Asking rent for the space was in the mid-$50s range. Newmark Knight Frank's Jason Greenstein and David Falk represented the tenant, while Jordan Berger represented the landlord in-house in the lease deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
