CEDAR PARK, TX-MileStone Community Builders LLC, a residential homebuilder based in Austin, has acquired a development site to construct The Reserve at Brushy Creek, a home project in Cedar Park. The developer has secured the site through Austin-based Duncan Commercial LLC.
The proposed $25-million development will comprise an amenity center, a large pond and fountain and a playground. The city of Cedar Park approved MileStone's plans and construction is expected to start this month. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
