
NEW YORK CITY-Portland, Oregon-based Stumptown Coffee has recently signed a lease for 10 years with Return to Home, the landlord, for 1,700 square feet of space at 30 W. Eighth St. at MacDougal Street. The coffee chain will pay $141 per square foot as rent.
