ARLINGTON, VA-Booz & Co. is moving its office from 7950 Jones Branch Drive in McLean to Rosslyn. The company has leased nearly 14,400 square feet of space at 1000 Wilson Blvd.
Booz will occupy the space vacated by Northrop Grumman Corp. It is expected to move to the 559,000-square-foot office tower, owned by Monday Properties, in July. Jones Lang LaSalle's Jay Farmer and Dan Evans represented the landlord, while Monday Properties' Scott Egarian and John Wharton represented the landlord in-house.
