LONDON-The Royal Automobile Club has leased 6,300 square feet at 83 Pall Mall, a 45,000-square-foot office building near St. James's Palace in London, for 20 years. Orchard Street Investment Management LLP has closed the lease deal on behalf of its pension fund client.
