ALBUQUERQUE, NM-Walmart will replace a Wild Oats store situated in the Foothills Shopping Center in Albuquerque with its Neighborhood Markets. The retailer has inked a long-term lease with Texas-based Red Tail Acquisitions, the landlord, for the 34,000-square-foot store in the Northeast Heights.

Walmart Neighborhood Markets is expected to open for business later this year. Scottsdale-based Frontera Development's Jay Schneider represented the tenant, and NAI Maestas & Ward's Brett Hills represented the owner in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New Mexico Business Weekly .
