BALTIMORE-Daniel Henson Development Co. is planning to start the Fells Point Station apartment project. The company is expected to submit its plans to the city Historical and Architectural Preservation committee for the 47-unit apartment complex, which will come up between the SW corner of Broadway and Bank Street in Fells Point.
