The state Office of Environmental Quality Control announced that the project will not affect the environment. Hawaii DeBartolo LLC will develop the 1.4-million-square-foot project on a 67-acre site owned by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands. The project will feature a 217,000-square-foot office space, restaurants and entertainment facilities.
The first phase of the two-phase project is scheduled for launch in 2013. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
