GARLAND, TX-Frank & Frank LLC has inked a lease deal for a 75,229-square-foot warehouse space at Gateway East Business Center, a two-building industrial property located at 4009 Distribution Drive.
The third-party logistics company will shift to the new location in February 2012. With this transaction, the property is now 94% leased.
In the deal, Mercer Co.'s Adam Curran negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while Bradford Commercial Real Estate's Susan Singer brokered for the owner, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
