NEW YORK CITY-Priceline has added 6,411 square feet of space at 100 William St. With the new lease, the company has expanded its space at the Mitsui Fudosan-owned building to 18,094 square feet.
Priceline has leased the space for 6.5 years. The CBRE team of Rob Wizenberg, Mark Ravesloot, Jonathan Cope and Scott Sloves represented the owner in the deal. The team also represented the proprietorship in Odyssey Re Holding Corp.'s lease for 41,854 square feet at the building. For the full story, go to New York Post .
