NEW YORK CITY-Robusta Espresso Bar is opening its first location on Hanover Square in the Financial District. The cafe has recently inked an 8-year lease for 1,650 square feet at 7 Hanover Square situated between Water and Pearl streets.
The cafe will pay occupy $100 per square foot as rent for the old kitchen supply store. Winick Realty Group brokers Richard Smith and Tatiana Jung represented both the tenant and the property owner, MB Real Estate, in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
