NEW YORK CITY-According to Steven Durels of SL Green, the company has signed two new leases for its office tower located at 485 Lexington Avenue. With these leases, the building spanning 921,370 square feet is now 99% leased. Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. has leased the entire 18th floor measuring 27,996 square feet. Asking rent was $55 per square foot.
