DALLAS-Houston-based Belmont Village Senior Living has started construction on a senior housing community consisting of 201 units at 3535 N. Hall Street in Dallas. The community will offer assisted and independent living with Alzheimer's care.
The seven-story facility will contain a fitness center, technology center and an indoor swimming pool. Houston-based Morris Architects and Dallas-based Rogers-O'Brien Construction are working on the mid-rise project, which is expected to be opened in summer 2013.
