COLOGNE, GERMANY-HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has leased 73,194 square feet at maxCologne office building situated in Cologne-Deutz to a law firm.

COLOGNE, GERMANY-HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has leased 73,194 square feet at maxCologne office building situated in Cologne-Deutz to a law firm. GORG will move its Cologne headquarters and office to the Rheinetagen building at the start of 2013.

The law firm will occupy the five upper floors at the office building. The maxCologne complex also contains a 22-story tower. Warburg-Henderson Kapitalgesellschaft fur Immobilien purchased the maxCologne development for a real estate fund. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
