DEL MAR, CA-The Flower Hill Promenade, a shopping and dining destination at 2720 Via De La Valle in Del Mar, is receiving a $22-million expansion. The property, formerly called Flower Hill Mall, will get a two-story, 75,000-square-foot office and retail building, new landscaping and a 397-car parking building.
The 14-acre mall, constructed in 1977, contains 42 restaurants and specialty shops. Protea Properties is the owner of the property. Construction is in progress at the mall. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan .
