PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI-Teleflex, a medical equipment manufacturer based in Limerick, Pennsylvania, is planning to relocate into a newly built industrial facility in Pleasant Prairie. The company will sign a lease for 45,479 square feet of space in the industrial building in Lakeview Corporate Park.
The property is owned by Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group, which started constructing the industrial building earlier this year.
