LONDON-Signalling Solutions Limited has leased Bridgefoot House in Watling Street, Radlett from CIT. The company has taken the two-story manufacturing site measuring 40,777 square feet for 10 years.
The lease deal includes a break option at the end of fifth year. Signalling Solutions will pay GBP 11.75 per square foot as rent.
