CORAL GABLES, FL-HBO Latin America Group has leased over 66,000 square feet of space at 396 Alhambra Circle, a 273,000-square-foot office complex in Coral Gables.

CORAL GABLES, FL-HBO Latin America Group has leased over 66,000 square feet of space at 396 Alhambra Circle, a 273,000-square-foot office complex in Coral Gables. The company has taken three floors in North Tower and two adjacent floors in South Tower.

Other tenants in the two-tower office complex include Citibank, RTKL, kabookaboo, Richman Greer and Terra Networks. CresaPartners brokers represented the tenant and Blanca Commercial Real Estate brokers represented the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
