ROCKVILLE, MD-Four retail tenants have signed lease deals totaling 16,800 square feet at Rockville Town Square. Bar Louie, American Tap Room, Pho & Rolls and Vie de France have leased space in the 180,000-square-foot development owned by Ross Development & Investment and Federal Realty Investment Trust.

Bar Louie has signed a 6,600-square-foot lease; American Tap Room has signed a 6,500-square-foot lease; Pho & Rolls has inked a 2,200-square-foot lease; and Vie de France has inked a 1,500-square-foot lease at the mixed-use development. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
