COVINGTON, KY-Tier1 Performance Solutions has signed a lease for 10 years with Corporex Cos. for 12,500 square feet of space at RiverCenter in Covington.

COVINGTON, KY-Tier1 Performance Solutions has signed a lease for 10 years with Corporex Cos. for 12,500 square feet of space at RiverCenter in Covington. The company is expecting to relocate from its current location at 6 E. Fifth St. to RiverCenter in April.

Before signing this deal, Tier1 was planning to move out of Covington. Greg Harmeyer, Tier1's co-founder and CEO, stated that the RiverCenter space will give the company more room to grow. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
