CHARLOTTE, NC-Turner Construction Co. is moving from 5955 Carnegie Blvd. to the Roxborough Building. The company has leased 20,022 square feet at the 65,000-square-foot building located at the corner of Roxborough Road and Morrison Boulevard in Charlotte's SouthPark area.
A joint venture of The Lionstone Group and the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund owns the Roxborough Building, which is 90% leased.
