LYON, FRANCE-International integrated property group Goodman has leased 193,750 square feet at Isle d'Abeau in the Lyon region to GEFCO.

LYON, FRANCE-International integrated property group Goodman has leased 193,750 square feet at Isle d'Abeau in the Lyon region to GEFCO. The 330,452-square-foot logistics center is now 100% occupied with the GEFCO lease.

GEFCO is one of the largest transport and logistics groups in Europe. Recently, a leading logistics firm leased 129,166 square feet at Isle d'Abeau. CBRE Global Logistics Services brokered the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
