NEW YORK CITY-Dublin-based AWAS has signed a lease for roughly 9,000 square feet of space at 444 Madison Ave. situated between East 49th and East 50th streets.

NEW YORK CITY-Dublin-based AWAS has signed a lease for roughly 9,000 square feet of space at 444 Madison Ave. situated between East 49th and East 50th streets. The commercial-plane leasing firm has signed the deal for 10 years.

AWAS will occupy nearly 40% of the fourth-floor space in the 490,000-square-foot building. Asking rent for the space was approximately $68 per square foot. Kerry Powers and Paul Amrich of CBRE Group Inc. represented Westbrook Partners, the landlord, in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
