
NEW YORK CITY-Conde Nast is increasing its leasing space at One World Trade Center, which is scheduled for opening in mid-late 2014. The glam-magazine house of the Newhouse family intends to lease an additional 133,000-square-foot space in the 104-story tower where it already signed a lease for 1.05 million square feet in 2011.
Conde Nast is anticipated to confirm a deal for the space in the 42 to 44 floors of the skyscraper owned by the Durst Organization and the Port Authority. For the full story, go to New York Post .
