Document Technologies Moves its Midtown Manhattan Office

NEW YORK CITY-Document Technologies, a legal support firm, is relocating its midtown Manhattan office from West 46th Street to West 48th Street.

NEW YORK CITY-Document Technologies, a legal support firm, is relocating its midtown Manhattan office from West 46th Street to West 48th Street. The firm has leased 9,000 square feet of office space at 64 W. 48th St. situated between Fifth and Sixth avenues for seven years.

Document Technologies will pay $40 per square foot for the sixth-floor space. Colliers International represented both the tenant and the landlord, Muss Development, in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
