Flextronics Signs 130,000-SF Lease at America Center

SAN JOSE, CA-Flextronics Inc. is moving its US headquarters from Milpitas to San Jose.

SAN JOSE, CA-Flextronics Inc. is moving its US headquarters from Milpitas to San Jose. The company has inked a long-term, 130,000-square-foot lease at America Center, a 426,663-square-foot project at 6001 and 6201 America Center Drive.

Los Angeles-based Mesa West Capital, which reported the deal in a press release, said that it has purchased the $30.3-million first mortgage loan obtained by America Center from a subsidiary of AllianceBernstein U.S. Real Estate Partners.
