NEW YORK CITY-Zadig et Voltaire, a French fashion firm, has signed a lease for 10 years with Alexico Management for 1,700 square feet of space at 772 Madison Ave.

NEW YORK CITY-Zadig et Voltaire, a French fashion firm, has signed a lease for 10 years with Alexico Management for 1,700 square feet of space at 772 Madison Ave. A 600-square-foot basement is also included in the deal.

Asking rent was approximately $800 per square foot. Joshua Strauss and Greg Covey from Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented the tenant, while Beth Rosen and Sal Ferrigno, also from RKF, represented the owner in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
