NEW YORK CITY-New York Life Insurance Company has inked a lease deal for 25,000 square feet or the entire fourth floor of an 11-floor building located at 95-25 Queens Blvd in Rego Park. The lease runs for 10 years. LeFrak Organization is the owner of the tower spanning 300,000 square feet.
CBRE's Roy Chipkin negotiated the deal for the owner. Jones Lang Salle's Mitti Liebersohn negotiated for the tenant. Liebersohn began the negotiation when he was at Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to New York Post .
