MIAMI-Miami International Freight Solutions has leased 190,707 square feet at the Terreno Miami Lakes Distribution Center at 14100 N.W. 60th Ave. for 7.5 years.

MIAMI-Miami International Freight Solutions has leased 190,707 square feet at the Terreno Miami Lakes Distribution Center at 14100 N.W. 60th Ave. for 7.5 years. The warehouse, owned by San Francisco-based REIT Terreno, sits on a 13.2-acre land and it is currently undergoing renovations.

The company is expected to relocate to the new location in March. Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Brokerage Services' Wayne Ramoski represented the tenant, while Vivo Real Estate Group's Rene Vivo and Carlos Velasquez represented the landlord in the deal.
