NEW YORK CITY-Pink Chicken, a popular fashion/accessories brand for young girls, has selected Carnegie Hill to open its first Manhattan location for its Poulet Rose 'tween division. It will open a 650-square-foot boutique at 1223 Madison Ave. at East 88th Street.
