NEW YORK CITY-Pink Chicken, a popular fashion/accessories brand for young girls, has selected Carnegie Hill to open its first Manhattan location for its Poulet Rose 'tween division.

NEW YORK CITY-Pink Chicken, a popular fashion/accessories brand for young girls, has selected Carnegie Hill to open its first Manhattan location for its Poulet Rose 'tween division. It will open a 650-square-foot boutique at 1223 Madison Ave. at East 88th Street.

The asking rent for the space was $300 per square foot. Prudential Douglas Elliman brokers Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino handled the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post .
