ARLINGTON, VA-Citybizlist.com has reported that BPG Properties Ltd. has obtained $80 million in debt financing for a Class A two-building property in Arlington. The company has secured the loan for Potomac Gateway, an office complex comprising 337,267 square feet of space at 2800 and 2900 Crystal Drive.

Potomac Gateway is 77% leased. Brad Geiger, Christian Miles and Philip Mudd from Cassidy Turley secured the floating bank loan for BPG Properties. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
