GARDEN CITY, KS-Collett Properties is planning for a major retail development in Garden City.

GARDEN CITY, KS-Collett Properties is planning for a major retail development in Garden City. The $36-million project, proposed by the developer, will include a 400,000-square-foot retail complex.

The Garden City Commission has approved Collett Properties' plans for the retail project on the eastern edge of the city. The development will include a small number of junior anchor stores, boutique shops and two big box stores. For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal .
