BALTIMORE-STV, an engineering firm based in New York, has extended leases for two of its offices located in the Baltimore region.

BALTIMORE-STV, an engineering firm based in New York, has extended leases for two of its offices located in the Baltimore region. The company has renewed its 27,000-square-foot lease at Rutherford Business Center located in Woodlawn. Another lease renewed by the company was for its 7,724-square-foot office space at White Marsh Business Community.

Cushman & Wakefield's Hayes Merkert and Walter Schoenberg negotiated the deals on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
