JV Breaks Ground on New Apartment Community in North Phoenix

PHOENIX-Scottsdale-based Mark-Taylor and Archstone, a national apartment developer, are joining together to construct a multifamily property in North Phoenix.

PHOENIX-Scottsdale-based Mark-Taylor and Archstone, a national apartment developer, are joining together to construct a multifamily property in North Phoenix. The 388-unit apartment community, called San Norterra, will come up near the junction of North Valley Parkway and Norterra Parkway.

The joint venture has started construction on the 19-acre site. Mark-Taylor bought the development site in 2007. The apartment complex is scheduled to be completed in late 2013. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
