BRISTOL, UK-PRUPIM has obtained planning approval to redevelop One Victoria Street, a prominent office building in Bristol.

BRISTOL, UK-PRUPIM has obtained planning approval to redevelop One Victoria Street, a prominent office building in Bristol. The company will upgrade, expand and renovate the five-story building to create modern offices measuring 47,000 square feet to BREEAM Excellent standards.

PRUPIM is investing on the project for Prudential Pensions Limited. Cubex and Knight Frank have been appointed as marketing agents. Construction will begin in June 2012 and it will be completed in summer 2013. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
