AXA Real Estate Closes 64,583-SF Office Lease in Cologne

COLOGNE, GERMANY-An AXA insurance company has leased an office space measuring approximately 64,583 square feet in Borsenplatz 1 to audit and advisory firm Ernst & Young.

COLOGNE, GERMANY-An AXA insurance company has leased an office space measuring approximately 64,583 square feet in Borsenplatz 1 to audit and advisory firm Ernst & Young. AXA Real Estate Investment Managers acted on behalf of the insurance company in the deal.

The Borsenplatz 1 office building is situated in the center of Cologne's financial district. Ernst & Young has leased the office space for 10 years and it will occupy the space in April 2013. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
