CHICAGO-HeplerBroom LLC, an Edwardsville-based law firm, is moving its Chicago office from 150 N. Wacker Drive to 30 N. LaSalle St. The firm has leased 17,000 square feet at the LaSalle Street property for 10 years.
The law firm will move to the new location in July. New York-based Tishman Speyer Properties LP is the owner of 30 N. LaSalle. Adam Mitchell from Studley Inc.'s Chicago office negotiated the lease deal on behalf of HeplerBroom. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
