BALTIMORE-Chevy Chase-based JBG Cos. will start construction on a new eco-friendly office complex in Northwest Baltimore. The new Social Security Administration complex will come up at 6100 Wabash Ave.
Social Security will relocate to the Wabash Avenue complex from its Metro West building at 300 N. Greene St. In October 2010, the U.S. General Services Administration tapped JBG to develop the two-building, 538,000-square-foot office complex.
