Redevco Secures Tenants for its ALEA 101 Development

BERLIN-Redevco Services Deutschland GmbH of Dusseldorf has leased nearly 78,576 square feet of retail space in its 113,021-sqsuare-foot ALEA 101 development in Alexanderplatz, Berlin.

BERLIN-Redevco Services Deutschland GmbH of Dusseldorf has leased nearly 78,576 square feet of retail space in its 113,021-sqsuare-foot ALEA 101 development in Alexanderplatz, Berlin. An international retailer, Vapiano and AktivSchuh have already secured space in the mixed-use development.

The international retailer will occupy 50,590 square feet; Vapiano will take 11,840 square feet; and AktivSchuh will occupy 15,069 square feet at the ALEA 101 development, which is expected to begin on January 20, 2012. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
