BETHESDA, MD-The American Kidney Fund, a non-profit organization, has inked a 26,180-square-foot lease at Montrose Metro I located in north Bethesda. The organization will shift its headquarters to the new location from 6110 Executive Blvd. TA Associates Realty is the owner of the five-floor office building situated at 11921 Rockville Pike.
In the deal, McShea & Co. Inc.'s Bob Dickman brokered for the owner, while Keith Foery and Scott Randloph of Transwestern negotiated for the tenant. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
