LONDON-The Great Ropemaker Partnership, a joint venture between Ropemaker Properties and Great Portland Estates plc, has pre-leased 105,648 square feet of space in its 237,000-square-foot development at 240 Blackfriars Road in London. UBM plc will take top nine floors of the 20-story office building for 15 years.
The development, which will comprise 223,383 square feet of office space, 8,795 square feet of residential and 4,822 square feet of retail space, is scheduled to be completed in March 2014. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
