WAUKESHA, WI-Opus Development Corp. is planning to start construction on a 47,000-square-foot structure at the Shoppes at Fox River in Waukesha. The new building marks the second phase of the company at the Shoppes at Fox River.

Opus, which sold the first phase in 2011, kept 18 acres at the development for new tenants. The company has lease commitments from four new retailers.
