LONDON-Westminster City Council has granted planning consent for Prupim's flagship office project at 30 Berkeley Square in London. The site is situated on the north side of Berkeley Square and within Mayfair.
The 52,000-square-foot office redevelopment on Berkeley Square is designed by Aukett Fitzroy Robinson. The new building will provide two new penthouse floors along with terraces.
