PFLUGERVILLE, TX-The Pflugerville City Council will vote on Tuesday to affirm the first land sales for Renewable Energy Park, a 167-acre property near State Highway 130. Pflugerville Community Development Corp. voted last week to affirm land deals and decided to sell 15 acres of land for $2 million to Pecan Renewable Energy Park.

The PCDC revealed the Renewable Energy Park in December 2011. Pecan Renewable Energy Park has plans to construct 720,000 square feet of manufacturing space and warehouse on the 15-acre land. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
