NEW YORK CITY-Syracuse, New York-based Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is opening its first Brooklyn location in Boerum Hill. The barbecue chain has leased 9,000 square feet at 604 Union St. situated between Third and Fourth avenues for more than 15 years.
The warehouse space will be converted into a full-service restaurant for Dinosaur, which is expected to open the location within 6 to 12 months for business. Gary Mayzlin of Kalmon Dolgin negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
